Or is the Director of the Wexner Graduate Fellowship/Davidson Scholars Program, which supports the development of Jewish communal leadership and innovation. Or has worked in many different Jewish organizations, including the North Carolina Hillel, the JCCs of Los Angeles, the Brandeis-Bardin Institute, the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles, Jewish Family Services, and the JCC of Manhattan. He holds masters degrees in social work (University of Southern California) and Jewish Communal Service (Hebrew Union College). Or is excited about Tivnu: Building Justice; he believes that its focus on skill-building, manual labor, and justice, will speak compellingly to young Jews.
