Harli Strauss-Cohn

Originally from North Carolina, Harli Strauss-Cohn (she/they) came to Tivnu after traveling and living around the world and country. Harli was a Residential Advisor for Tivnu’s gap year program for two years and is now starting this new role to share the joy of the program with more people. Harli is a graduate of Muhlenberg College, where she was a double major in Sustainability and International Studies – with a concentration in race, colonization, and social justice. Passionate about community care and nature connection, Harli has worked at her summer camp – URJ Camp Newman – in varying roles, most recently as a Unit Head leading a silly sweet group of middle schoolers in gardening, creek exploration, painting, and summer fun. In her free time, Harli finds joy dancing, crafting, playing guitar, drinking copious amounts of coffee, reading, and being in the company of good friends.
