Rebecca Voorwinde

Rebecca Voorwinde is Executive Director of The Bronfman Fellowship, a pluralistic Jewish leadership program for Israeli and North American teens entering 12th grade. Becky oversees the strategic planning for all aspects of the Fellowship in Israel and the US, including working closely with the global alumni community of over 1,300. Becky’s professional experience includes work in the Corporate Responsibility Group at EY, where she led the roll-out of an employee volunteer program focused on increasing access to higher education for disadvantaged students and implemented a greening and socially conscious element into all meetings and conferences. Becky serves on the board of two professional development organizations in the Jewish community: Jpro & M2: The Institute for Experiential Jewish Education. Becky’s interest in Tivnu stems from her love of young people and Jewish learning. She believes that to gain greater empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by society one must take responsibility through meaningful and sustained service. Becky resides in Brooklyn with her husband Michael and their two daughters.
